Came for breakfast and the Rise 'n Shine Tater Tots were amazing! It was nice to see something different on offer on the menu, and it definitely did not disappoint! The cheese sauce that smothered the potatoey goodness was to die for! 4/5 given for service as after we had finished our meal and drinks we were sat wondering where we had to pay, be it at the table or at the bar. However, I could not fault the service when waiting for and bringing over food and drink as it was super speedy. Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu!
Had an absolutely fantastic brunch here — easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I started with the eggs Benedict, which were perfectly cooked: silky poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and beautifully balanced with ham on a toasted muffin. Classic done right. The pancakes. Honestly, they might be the best I’ve ever had. Piled high, indulgently topped with layers of cream, chocolate, and more — they tasted even better than they looked (and they looked incredible). Every bite was pure heaven. Great food, cosy atmosphere, and friendly service. Can’t wait to come back!
Been wanting to eat here again for ages. Finally came back and it was lovely! The food was delicious! Service was great. Very friendly staff. Starter - Camembert rounds. * love Camembert. They were a good size, perfect temperature * Main - black and blue chicken dirty fries *The sauce on the chicken was gorgeous! I paid extra for the dirty fries which was nice. The signature sauce is burger sauce which I wasn’t a fan of. But from the chicken the sauce made everything taste beautiful.* Side - truffle mash with crispy onions. * I wanted to try it as I love mash and truffle. Didn’t disappoint.* Dessert - cheese cake (after eight) * Was delicious!!! Not a stingy portion either! *
What a lovely place! Food was great, so were the cocktails. Portions were a nice size, so we managed a dessert! Friendly staff and nice surroundings. Soon got busy so would advise booking.
I absolutely love it here. The menu has a great range of food to choose from and I think very reasonably priced. It is by far the nicest place in the area. ! The waitress was polite and took our order fairly quickly. Our drinks came within minutes and our food with about 15 mins. The main was delicious, as always, and the dessert... well, those calories were worth every single bite! It's definitely worth a visit. The farm shop is lovely too!
The vegan hot dog from here is huge and tasty. The avocado sourdough is good too!
First visit and we weren't disappointed. We shared an onion blossom to start. My partner ordered rib eye steak which was tasty, good quality meat and I had a huge hot dog and masses of chips. Perhaps not the cheapest place but it was all enjoyable and we left absolutely stuffed!
